I am using windows 10 on a desktop, zoom Version: 5.15.7 (20303). my camera shows a white screen (see below). i use zoom every day, and it has been happening every day. sometimes it resolves itself after some time, other times not at all. i have been using zoom since 2019 on multiple devices and haven't had this problem until this past month when i moved into a new apartment. i am still using the same computer, webcam, etc, i've had since 2021, so it's definitely not the hardware.

 

previously, when this question has been posted on the zoom community forum, there hasn't been a solution. please assist. thanks

Before the update, I was able to view the presentation on my MacBook and on my iPhone. After the latest update, I wasn't able to view the presentation on both my mobile phone and laptop. It had a new function - switch.

Need to update zoom client but can't uninstall due to missing installer location.

When trying to update zoom I attempted to uninstall, that shows the location doesnt have the files it needs, I tried downloading and installing a new version that failed for same reason the tool keeps looking for the installation location which doesn... Show more

When trying to update zoom I attempted to uninstall, that shows the location doesnt have the files it needs, I tried downloading and installing a new version that failed for same reason the tool keeps looking for the installation location which doesn't exist. I tried the cleanzoomtool also same results, maybe I should remove via registry?

Zoom continues to record the shared screen after I click "Stop share".

This has happened the last two meetings I have recorded. It records the shared screen as normal, but then about halfway through the meeting, I stop screen sharing and continue the meeting live with my clients. However, the recording continues to show... Show more

This has happened the last two meetings I have recorded. It records the shared screen as normal, but then about halfway through the meeting, I stop screen sharing and continue the meeting live with my clients. However, the recording continues to show the screen share, frozen at the moment I stop the share, for the rest of the recordings. This is highly strange and interfering with my ability to work properly and share content with my clients. 
Any ideas why this is happening?

I have a Pro Account, through my company, but when I log in, it shows Basic, and I am limited to 40-minute meetings, and the number of participants I can invite. I was able to use my Pro access, until about a week ago, but no matter what I do, I can't revert back to Pro from Basic. I tried contacting Zoom Support, but that was no help.

Unable to move or resize one of my zoom windows

I am running Ubuntu 22.04 with version 6.1.0 (198). I can no longer resize or move one of the windows, and the minimize and maximize buttons do not respond. This window is the issue. My other window, which has the Timer, View, and other buttons, work... Show more

I can no longer resize or move one of the windows, and the minimize and maximize buttons do not respond.  

This window is the issue.

Change Default Language of Audio Transcript

The audio transcripts for my cloud recordings are automatically being generated in Persian lately for some reason, even though I didn't change any relevant setting. I've been having to change the language back to English one by one for each recording... Show more

The audio transcripts for my cloud recordings are automatically being generated in Persian lately for some reason, even though I didn't change any relevant setting. I've been having to change the language back to English one by one for each recording and wait on the transcription. Is there some way to make the default language English again, so that the audio transcript generated is automatically in English?
