I've noticed that a few of the participants in our meetings have black borders on either side of their picture. Does anyone know how to adjust this? Thank you in advance

Our Church Zoom prayer group has an unwanted visitor who has somehow gotten ahold of the Meeting ID and Password and keeps trying to enter the Zoom Room. The first time he entered the room, he was indecently exposed. He has not been given screen time since, however, he uses different screen names each time he logs in and tries to gain access. We have reported the incident to the police, but we have been unable to identify him, how he got the Meeting ID, etc. Is there a security feature that might be able to help us track him down and have the police take care of him? Thank you. Heather

I want to be able to set up for my participants: when they Share screen to be able to access the Participants Zoom Settings , Zoom videos, Zoom interface, obviously with participants consent, which they always are okay with it, but upon approval on a base to base scenario I want their zoom display, video, IE to match mine, any suggestions I teach students ages 7-12 and even with parent's help they struggle with zoom technical difficulties I know how to fix it if I can see their zoom settings, how to enable the feature when When a participant shares their screen during a Zoom meeting, see what they are sharing as well as the Zoom interface itself so i can enable things like camera, move their video around. I have a pro plan

Hello, I am using Zoom to record my desktop to help train and communicate with my VAs. After I create a recording, everything saves to my desktop. The Zoom folder contains the audio and video recording along with a third file. That file is a .conf file. How do I use that to share my recording with my VAs? All of the videos I have watched state that the third file should be a MP4. Also, I am not prompted to save to my laptop or the cloud.

Dear Zoom Meeting community, We are working on building an application. We have ~100 clients. Our application will allow each client to host a separate meetings. These meetings can happen simultaneously. At the moment, I am thinking of using either Zoom Meeting SDK or Video SDK. Which SDK do you recommend us to use?

When I turn on sound sharing during the screen demonstration, Zoom says that I have to enter a password, and the account login password is not suitable. It is also written to install the zoom audio device, what is it for and how to solve it?
I'm trying to record some lessons using zoom. When I'm in normal view my virtual background is there but if I share a part of my screen and put the participants pane in view my virtual background drops. Is this normal? And is there any way around it?
