I run a meeting on my iMac and I want to share my screen from my iPad. Unfortunately, if I click share screen, there is no icon shown to choose iPad-screen. Do I need a plugin? Where do I get it from and where/how do I install it?

Sharing iPad with zoom on macOS

I tried connecting my iPad on a zoom call to conduct an online class but share button did not show iPhone/iPad option neither the share desktop was available. Is there any change in the recent updates from Zoom or on macOS that prevent this. Please note that I am currently using the latest updates of all, macOS, iPadOS, and Zoom.

Where is my chat?

I had great content in the chat at the end of my meeting.  I got the transcript, audio and video file but not the chat history. how do i get that

Can't see all my browser windows when sharing screen

When I click on the share screen button, I can't see all my open windows to select the one I want to share. There is an icon for microsoft edge and one for chrome and when I hover over the icons a dialogue box gives the number of open pages for that ... Show more

When I click on the share screen button, I can't see all my open windows to select the one I want to share. There is an icon for microsoft edge and one for chrome and when I hover over the icons a dialogue box gives the number of open pages for that browser but I can't see or select any of the pages. How can I see the individual windows and select the one I want to share?

During my zoom meeting yesterday, the video did not work. Only my picture was available. In the bottom left corner, the video indicator had a red slash through it. So I clicked on the up arrow, and I saw that the camera on my pc was selected....as th... Show more

During my zoom meeting yesterday, the video did not work.  Only my picture was available.  In the bottom left corner, the video indicator had a red slash through it.  So I clicked on the up arrow, and I saw that the camera on my pc was selected....as there are no other cameras.  But when I clicked it, I got a little box in the upper right hand that told me to select another camera.  Again, there are no other cameras. Can someone help me with this?

Waiting Room Video

I have added the video to my waiting room but it doesnt show when I turn on the waiting room.  I seen a video that says you have to call and tell zoom to enable it but catch22 you cant call or even chat with zoom 

Updated mac to Sonoma 14.4.1 and now external webcam doesn't work

Just updated my Mac M1 to Sonoma 14.4.1 and now my external usb webcam doesn't work anymore. It works fine with other applications like facetime and loom, so I know this is a zoom bug. It initially had a error message about the virtual background, so... Show more

Just updated my Mac M1 to Sonoma 14.4.1 and now my external usb webcam doesn't work anymore. It works fine with other applications like facetime and loom, so I know this is a zoom bug. It initially had a error message about the virtual background, so I turned that off. However, not it just doesn't do anything. The mic from the external web picks up audio, but the video does not load which is super strange. 

 

Uninstalled zoom completely and reinstalled. Same issue. Feels like this is a major bug with Zoom application and Mac Apple processors and Sonoma 14.4.1.

screen sharing now keeps prompting for permission (macOS)

This only started in the past week or so. If I am in a meeting and go to share my screen, I cannot share anything until I dismiss a prompt "Allow screen capture in "zoom.us"?" No one can see my screen until then, and that makes sense, except it happens every time. In my macOS system preferences, I already had given zoom permission to access my camera, audio, screen and system audio recording, but there is no separate permission for "screen capture," nor is there any obvious way in the Zoom app to grant permission for this outright to avoid such prompts.

It's a big problem since it causes a delay every time I try to share my screen. Any suggestions?

Link to meeting not active in my email

The meeting link is not active in my email.  I have checked with others who received the link and it is active for them.  Help please.

WTF!!!

 

Their CrAzY app is telling this user he needs to update his app BEFORE he can log in to... update his app?!?!?!?!
