Cannot delete cloud recordings
I previously had a Zoom paid account. I no longer have a Zoom paid account. However, I keep getting emails on repeat that tell me I'm near the max size capacity for "cloud recordings." I don't want these recordings, but since my account is now a free account I don't have access to recordings in my dashboard. And I also no longer have access to chat support because I'm on a free account. And I can't find another way to contact support to get them to delete these recordings so I stop getting these emails. Please help.
