Problem:

I connect my headset to my computer as default sound input and output. I enter a meeting, headset works great. I leave that meeting and go to another meeting. No sound. When I run the audio tests I get activity bars for microphone input and sound output but I hear nothing on playback and no one can hear me talk.

I've done various restarts and connect/disconnects, tried switching between "system" and the entry for the headset. I can't find any true pattern to when it's going to fail, but usually it works for the first meeting and fails for the second one.

Since the last zoom upgrade, when I attempt to Share Screen, I get a BSOD with the Stop Code: Video_Memory_Management_Internal

 

This happens if I am hosting or in another host's meeting.

 

I am running W11 Pro.  Dell Precision 3640 Tower PC.  0ctocore i7, 32 gb RAM (50 pct available), Nvidia Quadro P1000 with 4 gb RM.  Native monitor resolution:  4k x 2k.  3840 x 2160.

 

All drivers are up to date, as is the Nvidia Control Panel.  W11 is fully patched.

 

Suggestions on how to get a trouble ticket opened with tech support or ideas on the cause and fix?

 

I have been a zoom user since it was in beta.

Hi,  I keep having problems while on zoom meetings in an environment where there is background noise. 

 

When I come off mute it automatically cuts off sound from anyone else who is speaking and I can't go hear them.  I presume it's to do with background noise at my end.  Is there anything I can do to stop this from happening as it's very difficult to have a conversation.

Convert zoom video to pdf

When I am in zoom and showing my PowerPoint presentation I have video link in my power point presentation and when I share screen to let them see the video it ok, but I must go through several click to get back to my power point presentation. Why can't I click on my video and then when it finishes go back to my power point presentation.  Someone please help, because Zoom support is one of the worst support system out here.  I work with Teams and it is awesome.  Unfortunately, this one company I am working with only use Zoom and they are having the same issues too.

Hi, Everyone, I'm Darshan Hiranandani, I have a question regarding our meeting recordings. I'm looking for a way to start our recordings in gallery view and then automatically switch to speaker view when someone is spotlighted. This change could really enhance our meeting experience by capturing everyone at the start and then focusing on key speakers when needed.

 

Has anyone tried this before or have any suggestions on how to configure this? Your insights and any tips you might have would be incredibly helpful!

When I try to share any browser window in a Zoom meeting all everyone sees is a black box.  I can share my desktop and other apps but I can not share anything in a browser window.  The weird thing is that I was able to share last week but this week it stopped working.

 

Does anyone have any suggestions?  I am running the 64 bit version on a Windows 10 desktop computer.  I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling Zoom.  I have the latest update.   I have even tried toggling on and off the TCP connection.  Nothing fixes this.

Yesterday, I held a webinar for the first time. I prepared a survey, and some users answered it.

However, when I look at the survey report, I see that the user ID, user name, and email address are not included. Although there are spaces for this information in the report, it says "no name."

I am very confused because I need to identify the users who answered the survey to inform them.

Please tell me how to identify the users who answered the survey.
