Meetings created via web only shows on Zoom app not on Outlook

When a meeting is created via web portal, it will show on the Zoom Desktop calendar but not Outlook calendar. But when a meeting is created from Zoom desktop, it will show on Outlook calendar All meetings are visible from the web portal
