Is there a way to store various files (PDFs, excel spreadsheets, Word docs, etc.) permanently within my Zoom Pro space so that they are available to my paid subscribers? Thank you.

Cloud recoding is done but cannot access to them
I can see my cloud recordings but when I click down load, it only say "Copy Passcode To Clipboard" but never download the video. Is there anything to do with my account subscription?
