There is no CSV Import button for recurring meetings to import pre-registered attendees for a Zoom Meeting. There is for single occurring meeting

You could use APIs to work around this and import a CSV to pre-register attendees for a recurring Zoom meeting. If you are not a developer there is a marketplace app, Salepager, that lets you pre-register attendees for a recurring Zoom meeting using a CSV.
