Привет. Подскажите как исправить такую проблему: во время конференции изображение и звук зависают через каждые 3-4 минуты. Компьютер выдаёт, что плохое интернет соединение. Провайдер сделал проверку-всё в порядке, скорость отличная.
Zooms uses wrong account for meetings
When I enter a meeting Zoom automatically uses my Google account (with private email and picture, which I do not want to use) instead of using the one I have logged in with (my work email and picture, which I would like to use).
Any solution to this, please?

Break Out Room Settings
Can I lock the settings of existing Break Out Rooms that I have created? Recently I had 30 minute Break Out sessions in progress. While setting up the next set of Break Out Rooms, I accidentally started editing the participants in the sessions that were underway. Fortunately only minor disruptions took place until a Co-Host notified me. Is there a way to lock the sessions underway while defining the next set of rooms?

Resolved! Webcam missing when I record a screenshare in a meeting
My Zoom recordings in Meetings have suddenly started leaving out the webcam and so, when I present a slidedeck, I am left with a recording that shows a slideshow with a disembodied voice over the top of it. It never used to do this and I have not changed any settings. I use a Macbook Air with Mac Sequioa 15.5 (24F74) and I'm wondering if it's a Mac thing. Anyone experienced something similar and fixed it?

Sharing Website screen in zoom Class
I wanted to share my website screen in a Zoom meeting with my students for teaching purposes but the screen was stuck and my students were unable to take my class yesterday.
Audio Levels
We did a meeting yesterday and some speakers were loud and one particular speaker was barely audible. Can we make adjustment to raise the audio level of his/her speech?
Resolved! How do I make myself admin?
I am the only user on my Zoom account, and my role is owner. The account has no admin, and I unable to add myself as an admin. This is preventing me from using some features that require admin approval. Do I have to add another user in order to make myself admin? Is there no alternative solution?
