No audio when host sharing a video (youtube video)

Hi, Im running Zoom app on PC Win 11 (PC Acer Aspire 5),

 

I can participate in meetings and sound and kameravideo works fine, but when the host is sharing a video from youtube or similar sharing, I have no or very scratchy sound.

Participants running pc with win 10 doesnt have these problems, only me running win 11

 

Do you have any suggestions how to solve it in an easy way

I have the same problem. The sound  works on youtube videos on my old laptop with Windows 10 (and di work on my old PC with Windows 11) but not my new Acer C24 PC with Windows 11. I have tried all the solutions proposed online and still can't get things to work on my new PC. The situation seems to be that Zoom  has changed something and isn't addressing it.  It seems that you now have to pay to get technical support when suggested solutions don't work.
