Share Screen not available

I join a meeting each month and this month I asked to share the screen.  We learn that no one is host or has access to the web portal.  The link was provided through my organization but we don't know who the original admin is.  I tried to "Claim Host" and input my 6 digit host key but it was not accepted.  If there any way I can share a presentation?

hi @allforca ,

click the icon with the green shield and check mark in the upper right area of your meeting screen.  this will identify the host.  the host or account admin should be able to address your sharing requirements.
