Zoom Updates wipe out my saved settings even my virtual backgrounds
Is there a way to preserve my settings so that it does not take me back to square one? I have noticed this happening over the past month or two...

I forgot to end poll before ending the meeting. I can't find it in poll results report. Is there any way to retrieve it?
Is anyone else having a problem with Zoom audio (speaker sound and mic) being muffled? It was all working great until I undated to Windows 11 yesterday. Audio (mic and speakers) are working fine on every other app. Any ideas on how to fix it? Feels like a driver problem.

Guten Abend Ich habe einen neuen Laptop. Heute beim Zoommeeting, was ich gegeben habe, konnte ich die Teilnehmer ganz schlecht verstehen. So dass ich wieder auf meinen alten Laptop umsteigen musste.
Ich nutzte einen USB A Doppelstecker für ein normales Headset mit Kabel und ein Mikro. Was ich schon beim alten Laptop nutzte und nie ein Problem war.
Ich bin fast am verzweifeln, habe gefühlt alles getestet und durchgelesen im Netz.
Hat mir wer noch den ultimativen Tipp?

Hi everyone, a user from our company reported an issue in Zoom where several zoom meeting IDs have been rendered invalid. this happens on the recurring meetings he set up in the distant past (2 months ago) using google calendar, but has recently became invalid. Does anyone experience the same issue and can provide a resolution for this?

Since the latest Zoom Workspace update (6/21/24): We utilize zoom on our systems to allow remote clients to listen into recording sessions with ProTools, Adobe Premiere, and Vegas Pro. Since this last update, both Zoom MP and the other applications can't share the audio interface. This is not a Windows audio setting issue and occurs on 4 PCs. We used Restore point to go back to 6/21 and it changed Zoom MP back to regular Zoom and everything works fine. Is/was this a bug or a feature that requires a different setting from Zoom?

Hello Team, In my company environment currently, we have many unmanaged versions in the environment. Therefore, I need to determine if any version of the Zoom client for meetings is installed on the machines. Additionally, can it supersede the previous version of the Zoom application?

Hi. I was not signed in to zoom while recording a meeting. Meeting was recorded, but i am unable to find it.
We used the OBSBOT Tiny 4k web cam for zoom conference. There are 20 people who joined the meeting. Network speed was good (more than 100 Mbps for both upstream and down stream). However, the quality of the image on the receiving side was bad and sometimes choppy (missing frames) . The quality of the cloud recording was also bad. The license of Zoom is professional. Does anyone has possible solution for this symptom?

Hey community, I successfully integrated zoom cloud recordings into my vimeo. Nice. However, there is no feature to select different audio channels (English, German, Spain) from the interpreters recording. Would you know what to do? The vimeo (!) support suggested to ask the zoom community. Thaaanks,
