Unable to move or resize one of my zoom windows

I am running Ubuntu 22.04 with version 6.1.0 (198).  

 

I can no longer resize or move one of the windows, and the minimize and maximize buttons do not respond.  

This window is the issue.

Change Default Language of Audio Transcript

The audio transcripts for my cloud recordings are automatically being generated in Persian lately for some reason, even though I didn't change any relevant setting. I've been having to change the language back to English one by one for each recording... Show more

The audio transcripts for my cloud recordings are automatically being generated in Persian lately for some reason, even though I didn't change any relevant setting. I've been having to change the language back to English one by one for each recording and wait on the transcription. Is there some way to make the default language English again, so that the audio transcript generated is automatically in English?

However, my computer broke down and I'm not able to turn it on to retrieve my files. 

Is there any way I could retrieve my recording from another computer? It was very special to me and I hope I didn't lose it!

Please help me get it back!!

I am hoping for assistance. When I schedule an event on my google calendar, the "add video conferencing" option is available. However, when I try to create appointment slots, the option is not there. I tried several browsers, even uninstalling and reinstalling zoom. Has anyone had this problem?

Polls not showing up in my meetings as an option

I recently upgraded to a pro account so that I could do in meeting polling. I created a poll outside my meeting which is already scheduled, but when I enter the meeting, there is no option to launch a poll. The icons at the bottom do not include poll... Show more

I recently upgraded to a pro account so that I could do in meeting polling. I created a poll outside my meeting which is already scheduled, but when I enter the meeting, there is no option to launch a poll. The icons at the bottom do not include polling, and when I click the more button, it only has livestreaming options. I cannot launch an existing poll nor can I create a new one. I have read and tried everything I can find int he zoom help files. been trying since yesterday.

Hi,  I have bought licenses and added team members as admins with their own email addresses, when they log in to Zoom using those email addresses they are not able to start meetings that are scheduled while being signed into my email in my Zoom Account.  Can someone help me?

No confirmation sent out to registrants

When someone signs up for a Zom meeting through the signup form, they do not get a confirmation.After signing up there is a "send again" link, and that doesn't work either. I have checked spam folders, tried other mail servers etc.I do get the confir... Show more

When someone signs up for a Zom meeting through the signup form, they do not get a confirmation.
After signing up there is a "send again" link, and that doesn't work either. 

I have checked spam folders, tried other mail servers etc.

I do get the confirmation for the host within seconds and the test confirmation mail and they look fine.

What is happening here?

I want to share my cloud zoom recording on multiple emails through zoom cloud recording sharing option.

But when i paste multiple emails with comma and space separating multiple emails it does not work Instead we have to copy and paste each single email one by one then it allows me to add multiple emails.

Is there anyway so i can simply copy paste lot of email address in zoom cloud recording sharing option once?

Approved registrations being asked to reregister

We are having an issue with some of our meetings, participants are being asked to register even though they have an approved registration and link.  Its not everyone, just some people and not every meeting.

Sound quality on live voice teaching sessions

I've been teaching voice over Zoom. I use an iMac, sometimes with the internal microphone sometimes with my Yeti stereo microphone. My students can hear me up and down the scale when I demonstrate and sing above C5. I cannot hear them generally above... Show more

I've been teaching voice over Zoom. I use an iMac, sometimes with the internal microphone sometimes with my Yeti stereo microphone. My students can hear me up and down the scale when I demonstrate and sing above C5. I cannot hear them generally above C5 and the sound cuts out. They have done all the suggested remedies for music on Zoom and mic adjustments on their side. Does anyone have any suggestions?
