Strange video effects

Hi

At random times during my Zoom calls, others users see a series of "stars" streaming on my video as if I were celebrating something.

I'm using latest version of desktop app on a Mac mini.

Anyone any ideas ?

This is caused by Mac OS Sonoma video effects such as  allowing "reactions" to hand gestures.  If you put both thumbs up, you get a "celebrations" reaction on your video stream in FaceTime, Zoom or whatever video app you are using. Click the video icon on menu bar to switch it off.
