Hello,

I see that it is possible to find out how long participants joined a meeting that you host but is there a way to get this information in excel for multiple meetings in a specific time frame? As of now it looks like I have to click into the "Participants" column under the Usage section (Reports > Usage Reports > Usage) for each meeting individually to find to find this participant attendance data. Want to know if I can do a mass download for multiple meetings with this participant attendance data instead?

My husband and I recorded our wedding ceremony this afternoon in the cloud. We did a test run this morning and made sure recording and everything worked well and saved.

the wedding ceremony, however, does not seem to have saved. I’ve tried searching the ID and looking just about everywhere I could on the website and I can’t find it anywhere. Does anyone know how I would access it, or is it just gone forever?

When I set up back to back meetings, the people who are invited to the second meeting wind up coming into the first meeting.  There was some type of new update recently with Zoom that changed a feature I used to manage people joining.  Before the new update, I could go into a feature at the bottom that would allow me to turn on the waiting room so that any new people who tried to join would go to the waiting room.  Then when I was done with my first meeting I could admit the others.  Now, I can't find this feature so when people from the second scheduled meeting in back to back meetings join my meetings a little early, they come into the first meeting.   I like not having to jump off one zoom meeting that I set up, to join another.  I like that they are all in the same digital room, but it only worked if I could turn the waiting room on and off.  Can anyone tell me how to do this in the new updated version of Zoom?

Prior to the most recent update, my closed captioning enabled me to view the audio transcript (as 'view full transcript') under my closed captioned settings. It also let me save the transcript, which was helpful if I wanted to quick search for something I remembered in the meeting without having to watch it again. I can't seem to find a place to either view the full transcript or save it unless we recorded the meetings. My org doesn't habitually record meetings but that feature was so helpful if I missed something or needed to remember it. 

Am I missing something - did the setting change, can you still do this? Or does everything have to be recorded and through AI companion? 

Is there any option to generate multiple meetings based on data from EXCEL? Or another automatization?

We open about 20 meetings per day for our client and I am looking for some addon/feature/tip or whatever, what could help us and make it a bit easier.

I host meetings for two volunteer organizations. I use my own paid Zoom account for some meetings, however, I need to also host meetings for an organization that has it's own paid subscription. I seem to always have trouble launching meetings under the correct meeting ID I try switching to a different identity for each group, but I suspect there are some settings, perhaps caches, or other things that need to be reset or cleared. Does anyone have any suggestions I can try?

I'm on a MacBook Pro running Sequoia 15.1.

During the meeting I as a host granted access to record the meeting to participant, but after our free version of meeting just kicked us out, no recording was saved - neither to mine, nor to their computer or account. Where can I get this recording from? It's a really important recording for us.
