When I send the recording link to my clients after using GALLERY option it only shows them, not me.
What is wrong? Why can't they see us both?
The option use to be available but no longer
If a host assigns an alternative host to a meeting, and the host's account is disabled between scheduling and the meeting occurrence, will the alternative host still be able to start the meeting?
Please help!!! I went in Friday to send a registration link to someone for a recurring meeting that I have been doing for a couple years and had scheduled up until the end of 2024. I went in yesterday to send the reminders and found there was no meeting. Everything was gone for this particular set of meetings for the future and the past. All of my registrants are gone too. I can see the history of recordings but that's it. Is it possible to find out what happened or to get back what was lost? I am so pissed that if I didn't just renew I would be changing platforms. There is absolutely no support for the pro level. The chatbot was worthless after I spent an hour or two trying all diferent ways to spell out the problem. I figure someone's gotta know what's going on here. TIA!

I was in a meeting and got kicked out after 30 minutes. We have a paid account so longer than 40 minutes. When I went back in to open the meeting I get the message "host has another meeting in progress". I don't think anyone else usurped the meeting and if not, how do I get back in to close out the meeting?
How can I look on the account to see if another meeting is in progress? Nothing is scheduled.

I am on an Asus Lap Top with a Green Screen. On my Zoom background my hair is green and
the image projection is often intermittent.

I am using the Zoom meeting integration on Mac and have it set to automatically add a zoom meeting for every invite. Recently, any time I open up an Outlook calendar invite to check a colleague's availability, Zoom creates a meeting inside of the Zoom app despite me discarding the invite in Outlook. This meeting appears in both mine and my colleague's Zoom app. I have had several calls from people asking if I was trying to schedule with them since they saw a random meeting show up in Zoom that did not appear in their Outlook calendar. I had to explain to them that Zoom creates meetings in the app before the invite is actually sent, so it creates extra meetings based on discarded invites. Is anyone else experiencing this and is there a fix?

I am trying to get people to register with their email for my masterclass. I have tried to follow this article:

But the "registration" tab it talks about does not show anywhere on my screen. I have a Pro account so how do I do this? Thanks

I had a keyboard shortcut for sharing and unsparing the screen. It was the same shortcut for either sharing, or to stop sharing. It stopped working so I set it back to the default, (where it says "stop/start screen sharing") but that only works for sharing the screen and not for stopping the share. I tried setting a new shortcut but again it only works for sharing and not for unsharing. I'd like to be able to stop the share with keyboard shortcut. thoughts?
