Hi! I've been struggling with this for days. Am using Mac and when i share screen, the screenis black.
Hi, I had two Zoom meetings today and both times, when I clicked 'start meeting' the participants were automatically entered instead of me admitting them. Usually, I start the meeting and then see a pop-up notification that 'there is someone waiting in the waiting room'. Today, however, Zoom let them in without my consent. I checked my settings and I have waiting room selected correctly (enabled) so I am not sure what to do. Will you please help? I want to have control over when I allow people to enter. This was working fine until today, and I don't know what has changed. (Screenshot of my settings is below)

my screen sharing stopped working. and now when I share my screen it is minimized. I've tried everything-- nothing is working
I can't open Zoom because I need Software version 5.16.6, or higher, to open Zoom. When I download Zoominstaller.exe to update my software, I am told that I have to Login in order to open the file. When I try to Login, I am told that I need Software version 5.16.6, or higher. I am currently using version 5.16.22807. How do I get out of this look inorder to update my so

Prior to Zoom launching an update to surveys, I could use a third party survey link to show after a meeting closes. I would select the survey tab and then use a third-party survey; that option is now gone. When I go to surveys on the left navigation, it only gives me an option to create a survey using the Zoom platform. Is there a way to add a third party link? The functionality was already enabled on my account via the main account holder.

I am Not able to chat with my company's contacts and all my company's contact show as external contacts. Besides, i have been facing hanging of the zoom screen and and messages like force quit the zoom during calls.

can anyone help me to resolve the issue that every time I present my Canva presentation, whilst sharing my screen in a zoom meeting - it pauses and won't let me share!?
Super frustrating and I cannot work it out!
My meetings are being automatically recorded locally instead of in the cloud, despite the fact that my settings are set to record to the cloud.
I have gone to https://us06web.zoom.us/, logged in, chose "settings" on the left sidebar, and clicked into the "recording" tab. Under Automatic Recording, it is toggled ON and "record in the cloud" is selected. I also have the "Host can pause/stop the auto recording in the cloud" box checked, if that makes a difference.
When I start a Zoom meeting, it starts recording automatically.
However, when I end the meeting, the recording processes and saves locally.
I thought perhaps it was saving locally AND to the cloud, but there's nothing in my Cloud Recordings area.
How can I solve this problem and get the recordings to actually save to the cloud?
I am using a 2021 MacBook Pro, running Monterey 12.7.5, and Zoom Version: 6.1.0 (35886).
I have tried turning the automatic recording off and back on, switching it to computer and then back to cloud, and quitting/restarting Zoom.

I have a webinar scheduled and need someone else to run. I understand I can assign an Alternative Host - I have the Pro Plan ...however I can't seem to find where I activate that and how to do it - any help? Thanks in advance!
Salve dall’ultimo aggiornamento dopo che metto in condivisione un file video la riunione si blocca a 1 ora e 23 minuti. Costringendomi a uscire e a rientrare e far fare lo stesso con gli ospiti. Ho già disinstallato e reinstallato l’app su Mac. Ma non ha funzionato. Come posso risolvere?
