On April 16, between 2:25 P.M. ET and 4:12 P.M. ET, the domain zoom.us was not available due to a server block by GoDaddy Registry. This block was the result of a communication error between Zoom’s domain registrar, Markmonitor, and GoDaddy Registry, which resulted in GoDaddy Registry mistakenly shutting down zoom.us domain. Zoom, Markmonitor, and GoDaddy worked quickly to identify and remove the block, which restored service to the domain zoom.us. There was no product, security or network failure at Zoom during the outage. GoDaddy and Markmonitor are working together to prevent this from happening again.

How to get custom registration questions to appear in attendee download

We have created a custom registration form for a meeting that requires people organization name and job title.  The downloaded .CSV file doesn't include those questions, only the standard information, even when we go through the Reports menu.  Is there any way to get the custom questions included in the download file of attendees?

@mbauer - The custom questions should be in the webinar registration report, which you can them map against the attendee report to pull that information.

I'm having the same problem.  How do you download a "webinar" registration report for a scheduled meeting? We have registration set up for an upcoming meeting on August 17. We have multiple registrations but cannot download the report.  Under reports, it won't even recognize that we have an upcoming meeting to generate a report.

@MarySmith - To be clear, do you have a meeting with registrations, or a webinar?  If it is a meeting with registrations, that would be under the Meetings report list vs. Webinars.

@colegs, it's a meeting with registrations.  I only mentioned "webinar" because the original poster also asked about the meeting registration report, and the response spoke about a webinar registration report. Thank you for your guidance.
