Hi all,
I am using an iPad air 3rd gen, even I didn’t turned on blur or any virtual background, the background is still a bit blur, I can see the edge of my silhouette is a bit sharper… anyway to make everything sharp? Thx for your help.
Hi, I just concluded a 2 hour meeting recording to my computer (as a co-host). I saw the horizontal bar that shows percentage of completion of "Convert Meeting Recording". When I got back from lunch, the box disappeared, and I see the Zoom folder in Windows Explorer with: 1) Audio file (67.3kb) 2) Chat 3) Recording image with type .conf (size 1 kb). How can I get the .mp4 (audio & video) downloaded, so I can share it with my colleagues? Thanks, Gerald

I am using zoom on an IPAD I cannot find anywhere to display meetings that are not recurring. I know they are they because they are displayed on my IPhone, but where do I change this setting on the ipad. There are no drop down options on the meetings screen to change settings I’ve also sifted through the meetings settings and cannot find anything… Please Help!

There is some setting that has started to automatically generate a Zoom link any time I create an event in Outlook that has at least one additional person. The problem with this is that several of my meetings are in-person and so I need to delete the link every single time. How do I change the settings so that auto-creation of Zoom links is NOT the default behavior in Outlook?

Hi, I am not sure if I selected a strange setting but when I am holding a meeting. I cant see who is on the meeting and they cant see me its like I am waiting for them to join and they are there but I am not aware of it. This is on desktop client. Yesterday when this happened, I went in to the web portal and clicked on meeting and it worked. Does any one know who to correct this so I can just hold meeting on my desktop client. I know I probably set something that I shouldnt have so if anyone knows where I should go to correct this I would appreciate it so much.

I want to enable Light Theme but the option is not listed where it should be according to this https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/201362623-Changing-settings-in-the-desktop-client-mobile-app . Immediately under "automatically keep client up to date" (which is ticked) is Reactions: Skin Tone, then "display reactions above toolbar" then that is it. Thank you! (Using Windows 10 on laptop).
How do I enable Light Theme ? And please update that guide, as it is providing incorrect info.

I have paid Pro account but my call is still receiving 40-minute limit warning. How to remove the limit?
We have a standing company meeting on our calendars. It includes a Zoom link, but the link is to the personal meeting room of just one of the meeting attendees. If that meeting attendee isn't available for the meeting, the link can't be used. Is it possible to create a meeting link that is shared among users? I understand that a workaround could be to, in the meeting appointment in Outlook, include links to several meeting rooms so that one could select the link for the meeting room of the person who will be present, but that doesn't seem like a great option.

Meeting stopped at 9:30PM or so. Received email at 9:40 PM that the recording was available. The recording is only 13 seconds. Also, checked in the Reports area and its shows there is video, also checked my Zoom app that shows that there is 2:43 hours video but no video. How do I access the full video? Is it a storage issue?
