Limit 40 minutes on Pro account
My account is Professional and yet my meetings are being limited to 40 minutes.
I need this adjusted, please!
@oRafaBoffAds - Please go into your profile and scroll down to the 'Account' section and verify that in the License area, it specifies that your Zoom Meetings has a Pro (or other paid) license, and doesn't say 'Basic'. If it shows 'Basic', you will need the owner or an admin to actually assign a Zoom license to you.
It is common for licenses to be purchased, but not assigned, so you need to make sure that you are actually assigned a meeting license.
