i have a PC, win 10. intel 7, 8gb ram. camera kiyo pro. in the middle of a zoom meeting, few time during a one and half hour meeting, the picture suddenly flickering and two times disconnected. it begane 3 weeks ago, i did not do any change at all. i restarted, uninstalled and reinstalled, clean my PC with CCleaner and more like this. I checked the camera in other apps. it works there perfect. what can I do?

I used to have my zoom set up to record meetings to my computer. My cloud recording was off. Today I noticed that it was on, and instead computer recording was off. I never changed this and admin logs report doesn't show anything. it shows the one when I changed it back today but that's it. I checked the report for many months. How could this happen?

Can you please tell me if the enterprise zoom licenses have expired for our organization and all users have been switched to basic, how can we download the records that were previously stored by employees to the cloud?
Can I upload a downloaded Zoom call recording back up to the Zoom cloud?
Hi, I need to update to the latest version 5.16.6 but when i go to my profile the option for updates it's not there even when i click on the general tab and i can not see that option to enable updates i have tried to call zoom but i get a message to say i have not subscribed to the live support option, can anyone help please as iam not able to have our meetings unless i update to the version mentioned above

I haven't been able to find a definitive answer to the question, what happened to the recurring meeting list. There are references to clicking on a link for anytime meetings in the desktop client, but the version for Mac doesn't seem to have this. Please let me know where I can find the list of anytime meetings on the Mac Also, I have several anytime/recurring meetings that have been happening for years and now don't appear in my meeting list. Really annoying. And I'm also concerned that at some point, I'll have to get new meeting ID numbers. This will be a huge inconvenience since it's not a small group of people with the ID number. Please fix these issues. I know I'm not the only one out there that has multiple recurring meetings and uses a Mac.

Is there someway to contact Zoom. I tried phoning but the system won't recognise my account or host id.
There is a technical issue with my zoom and as soon as I admit anyone they disappear.
I also cannot find any log to see who tried to join
