I had virtual meetings a few weeks back and recorded the entire call. 

These videos were saved in the Zoom folder until last week, when I suddenly noticed some files going missing from my laptop. 

I checked today, and all the local recordings are no longer available. 

I do not know if these recordings are available on the cloud, as I use the free plan. How do I retrieve these video recordings since it was an online meeting?

Rode NT1 5th Generation Mic Sound Fading Issue

When I am in Zoom meetings, I am told my mic sound is fading in and out to users in the meeting and this is happening when I record meetings. I don't think it happens when the meeting is not being recorded but I am not 100% sure on that one. Is this ... Show more

When I am in Zoom meetings, I am told my mic sound is fading in and out to users in the meeting and this is happening when I record meetings.  I don't think it happens when the meeting is not being recorded but I am not 100% sure on that one.  Is this a known problem for this mic Rode NT1 5th Generation when in recorded meetings that I am recording?  In desktop Zoom app settings under Audio Advance Settings, I changed Signal processing by Windows audio device drivers to Off Windows Raw instead of Auto but this did not help.  Any one got any ideas how to get this microphone to work in Zoom meetings that I am recording to stop it from fading me in and out as I talk to others?

Is there a way to set an automated zoom usage report after each meeting occurrence? 
Use case: We have several reoccurring meeting each month that we need to track attendance for. Usually the program facilitator likes to use their own link so that they can be the host and ensure the setting are correct. Then the facilitator has to send the usage report to the coordinator for attendance tracking. It would be awesome to have this as an automated email. 
Another alternative that would be beneficial would be to allow access to reports by all co-hosts. I know I can schedule a meeting on behalf of another user? Why not see their reports too?

Resolved! Access to Zoom

Currently and in recent years up to a week ago have been able to log in to Zoom on my home PC. However yesterday could not log and error message was - Your app version needs to be 5.16.6 or higher to sign in -Can see my profile on the zoom website bu... Show more

Currently and in recent years up to a week ago have been able to log in to Zoom on my home PC. However yesterday could not log and error message was - Your app version needs to be 5.16.6 or higher to sign in -

Can see my profile on the zoom website but unable to contact Technical Support. Do not know how to proceed.

I uploaded the most recent version of Zoom and deleted to old version. When trying to open the new version, I receive the message: 

You can’t open the application “zoom.us.app” because this application is not supported on this Mac.

 

How can I resolve this?  I have a meeting in 1 1/2 hours.

I was unable to join a meeting today despite entering the meeting ID and passcode from my own account page, getting a "Sign in to join this webinar" message every time I hit the join button.  

 

I have a Chromebook and use Google chrome as my browser. This is the first time I have ever encountered this issue despite using Zoom links from the same company twice a week, every week on the same device. 

 

I then noticed that despite having the "stay signed in" box ticked on my sign-in page, Zoom never keeps me signed in, so I was stuck in a loop of always getting the same message. The host sent me a direct link and I had the same issue:

 

"The host requires authentication on the commercial Zoom platform to join this meeting. Please sign in with a commercial Zoom account to join."  Previously, hitting the sign in hyperlink on this same message automatically signed me in and took me to the meetings no problem.  What's changed? Is there anything I can do in settings to stay signed in. 

 

I now need to use the phone app to access meetings, but this is a temporary measure not usually allowed at work.

Dell 5550 Laptop Camera does not work in Zoom. Works everywhere else, just not Zoom

Windows 10 22h2 no new updates available

Zoom 6.1.0 (41135)

 

Works on Teams

Works in Camera App

Works in Webex

Works fine Teams on the web

 

When going to video settings in Zoom, camera has no activity light and just shows grey box.

"Integrated Webcam" is Shown

 

Uninstalled Zoom completely. Reinstalled it.  Same issue.

 

Uninstalled zoom using "Clean Zoom". reinstalled it. Same issue.

 

Confirmed privacy allow camera/mic settings in windows privacy settings

 

Deleted camera from device manager, rebooted and had it reinstall.. same issue grey box in zoom.

 

Camera works, just not in Zoom
