Hoping someone can shed some light! I am unable to see and generate a registrant report for a Zoom meeting. When I do a search for the report using the dates, nothing shows up. A separate search using the meeting ID doesn't bring anything up either.
I have a paid enterprise license, registration setting is required and set for automatic approval.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
Thanks,

Hi @WRich first, I would check to see if you meet the prerequisites of pulling a registration report:
- Host of the meeting
- Role with Usage Reports permission enabled
- Account owner or admin privileges to access Usage Reports for all users
Secondly, kind of what I stated above: To generate and view a report, ensure that the following requirements are met:
- The Registration setting and/or Polling setting must be enabled for the meeting you want to generate the report for.
- You must be the host of the meeting or have a role with Usage reports permission enabled to generate and view the report.
If you're still unable to find your registration report, you may need to open a ticket with our Zoom support team to dig further into the configuration of how you had registration and reporting setup and whether or not they're able to retrieve your reg. report.

I have been unable to retrieve my meeting reports for the last three weeks. I am able to see the usage but the Registration, Polls and Surveys is not available. It generates an Excel file that is empty. None of my settings were changed. Please advise if possible.

A workaround is to use APIs to extract the reports you want including registration, participation and polls. The json files can be parsed as an Excel csv. If you are not a developer there is a Zoom app, Salepager, for retrieving Zoom meeting reports.
