Currently this feature is not available but will be available very soon. Please keep monitoring release notes for availability of this feature.

In your Feb 2023 Reply, Zoom indicated that a feature allowing "share screen" with a single person in a meeting would be "available very soon." 

I don't see that this feature has been added in any Release, and I've read through the whole link you posted. Is it still planned for Release? It would be a great help.

I’m having trouble with Zoom’s screen sharing feature. When I try to share my screen, the participants only see a black screen or the sharing stops after a few minutes. I’ve tried updating Zoom and checking my internet connection, but the issue persists. Has anyone experienced something similar or have any tips on how to fix this? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Someone called me using Zoom video (not a regular phone call) so they could share their screen and I could help with a document.  I can see the incoming call in the history with this person (Team Chat>NAME> "Incoming call - accepted") but it doesn't show how long the call lasted.  I've tried to view reports but that only shows scheduled meetings (for me at least) and the phone history doesn't seem to register incoming video calls. 

 

Any ideas?

Deleting All Recurring Meetings After Canceling my Paid Subscription

Since I have retired, I closed my paid subscription.  I have been unable to cancel recurring subscriptions.  Instructions tell me to go to desktop client, click the meetings tab, etc. I cannot access desktop client.  Can anyone advise me?  Thanks.

When attempting to join a meeting, neither the microphone nor camera are available. Both test as functional before the meeting starts. They are functional when I host a meeting, but not when I join someone else's meeting. This is very frustrating. Please help!

as a host, if I schedule a meeting that does not require to register, can I see any information about the participants that join it, name, email?

Breakout Rooms Not Showing Up

We have a Zoom Pro subscription. I create Zoom meetings on behalf of everyone in my firm. I have had multiple users tell me that when they go to host their meetings that I have set up, they don't see the breakout rooms at all. The icon is there, but no rooms are set up.

 

However, when I access the same meeting, I can see the rooms are set up.

 

Originally this was happening with the users using the desktop app, but now I've been told that at least one of them is accessing their meetings through Zoom.us, and they still can't see the breakout rooms, where I can.

 

Does anyone have any idea on why this might be happening? I haven't been able to find any possible solution. Thanks in advance!

Audio on browser meeting cuts out intermittently

TL:DR; I need to know how to find out what's wrong.

 

The video rarely has an issue, but the audio issue is consistent, so this issue is perplexing. The audio is usually of more importance, and it cuts out for any talker about every minute and a half for about 5 seconds. I'm having to ask people to repeat their last sentence(s) often in a meeting, and it's starting to aggravate everyone.

 

I need to know how to troubleshoot this issue. Everything else using the internet is running fine. I've been running speed tests when the issue happens and there's nothing showing an issue, everything looks normal.

 

I did notice that at the office I don't run into the issue, so it has something to do with my setup, though I haven't tested in the app (and I don't want to). What I'm looking for is how to find out what's wrong. I need to know if there's some sort of debugging menu/HUD/logging or something that can show me what's going on when the audio cuts out. It obviously has something to do with the audio stream, which apparently is on its own channel or buffer separate from video. I need to know what is failing there, how to troubleshoot it, and how to fix it. I shouldn't need to install the Zoom app to have sensible meetings; Zoom provides the browser option and it should work right consistently, period.

 

Summary: I need to know how to find out what's wrong.
