Hi Support Team,

Currently, I paid the license for my own Zoom account. And my limitation is 500 participants in room meeting.

But the participants never reach that limitation. It 's around 300 people and then if the new one join this meeting, the meeting automatically kick one of remaining people.

So I do not know what's happen here. I had already checked on my technical site, and nothing was wrong with that.

Please help me to answer this part.

Thanks and best regards.

I would like to schedule some Zoom meetings far into the future.  They will be non-recurring.  Can I schedule these for more than 30 days out with the links still staying good?  The site says:  "A non-recurring meeting ID will expire 30 days after the meeting is scheduled for."  I think this means the link will be good for 30 days after the scheduled meeting.

So, today it is August 19.  If I schedule the meeting for November 19, will the link for that meeting be good for 30 days beyond November 19?  Or, if I schedule a meeting on August 19, does that meeting have to occur within 30 days of August 19 or the link will expire?

Resolved! inviting 2 individuals but at different times in same session

How would I invite two individuals to the same meeting but admit one an hour later?   And if this is possible, can I end and remove the 1st person from the 2nd persons meeting?

Eliminate calendar in setting up meeting

I use a Mac and Zoom does not integrate with the MacOS calendar. That’s fine, since I don’t need that service. Is there any way to eliminate the calendar step completely from the setting up a meeting process?

Hey everyone!

I get the following error when trying to access a previously recorded meeting from a friend's zoom account.

"You cannot view this recording. Cloud recording plan expired".

Could anyone tell me please how I can find out if the video is still available and not deleted?

How can I retrieve the video? I am not able to contact support on the phone and don't know how to proceed on this.

Thanks,

Sandor

Hi, after the recent update I have experienced freezing when my zoom meeting is enlarged, (only with the other participant) constantly, and the only way to restore it is to minimize the screen. I happens very often (like every 3 minutes) and it has become a huge inconvenience. There is never an issue with the internet/connection when it happens, and it seems to do it for every meeting regardless of the time of day or who it is with. At first I thought it was just a minor issue, but it's been happening for weeks now and I haven't been able to find a solution. How can I fix this?
