In Google Chrome 94.0.4603.0, video capture appears to be broken. Only a black rectangle is visible when I turn on "Video," both in my view of the web client and on the receiving end for other Zoom participants.

The javascript log in the developer console repeatedly cites, "framereader read null frame!" For example, one short log file is copied below (text attachments are not allowed; sorry for the long message).

The bug does not appear in the stable version of Chrome, such as  92.0.4515.159; nor in Firefox. This is all tested in Arch Linux. Unfortunately, I need the newer Chrome in order to support other features for my platform that haven't yet trickled down.

Could this be due to Chrome's updates to SharedArrayBuffer support? In any case—hope this is the proper place for a bug report and to receive support.

It would be usefull to have the same feature with other presentation software like Keynote, Genially, other....

Do you also plan to have the possibility to create some presets that we can use for different and recurrent meeting ?

I am doing some research so I am trying to find a service to integrate to my website. Ideally I would like  be to able to create more than one room (more than 10)  at the same time and be able to force the recording. I need a space where my clients can interact between them ( a video call 1 vs 1 ), as I am not going to be in the call I need to be schedule and recorded.

Does zoom provide this type of service?

Our co-worker, who joined a zoom call as a guest (did not register and don't have an account), accidentally reported our co-worker and she can't join the zoom call hosted by me.

How can he un-report her? He can't log in zoom.us website, because he simply has no account.

I scheduled a meeting for next month, anticipating aprox 20 participants. I want to use breakout rooms for this meeting (10 groups of two participants) yet when I go to meeting options, there is no place to select reassign breakout sessions.

Questions:

1. Does the $149 annual membership level include Breakout options?   
2. must participants be registered in the zoom meeting prior  to the meeting? If so, how is this done in advance of the meeting date?

3. How do i know, i have the capability to offer Breakout rooms prior to my meeting?

Since the recent upgrades, my screen has been freezing in meetings with clients, and the only way I unfreeze them is to minimize the screen and then maximize it again, which I have to do every few seconds. I have been on the online chat support 3 times with 3 different support staff, all who have advised me to uninstall current app and then install new version. This has not worked to date. I have cleared my browser's cache. I have no problem with my wifi bandwidth. I need help and cannot get it.
