retrieve cloud recording

Hey everyone!

 

I get the following error when trying to access a previously recorded meeting from a friend's zoom account.

"You cannot view this recording. Cloud recording plan expired".

Could anyone tell me please how I can find out if the video is still available and not deleted?

How can I retrieve the video? I am not able to contact support on the phone and don't know how to proceed on this.

    Hey @sandormaraczy, you will need to renew your license, if it was a pro license type (or any other plan type) you will just need to renew your plan in order to access those cloud recordings again. You can do so at zoom.us/billing, hope this helps! 🙂

    A bit of clarification: If this is a recording on a friend's account, your friend will need to re-subscribe to a Pro account, not you.
