questions about registration for another zoom admin

I am hosting a demo for another person that has a zoom account. That other person will put on the demo. I want to do the invites and collect registration for the event, and then send out the meeting info, password or link after our members have registered.  How can I do this?

Not sure exactly what part you need help with. 

Here is more information about scheduling a meeting with registration. 

Once the session starts, you can promote the person doing the demo to co-host, so that they can have a bit more control over the meeting.
