Hello.

Our co-worker, who joined a zoom call as a guest (did not register and don't have an account), accidentally reported our co-worker and she can't join the zoom call hosted by me.

How can he un-report her? He can't log in zoom.us website, because he simply has no account.

Thanks in advanced.

The host of the meeting where the user was reported should be able to follow the steps below:

Viewing or canceling reports

In the Zoom web portal, you can view all of your pending, confirmed, and completed reports. You can also cancel pending reports that were submitted by accident.

  1. Sign in to the Zoom web portal.
  2. In the navigation panel, click Account Management then Reports.
  3. Click the User Activity Reports tab.
  4. Click Reported Participants.
  5. Click one of these tabs:
    • Wait for My Confirmation: Reports that are waiting for your confirmation and haven't been submitted to Zoom. Click Confirm to submit the report or click Cancel this Report to cancel the report before it's submitted to Zoom.
    • Confirmed: Reports that were submitted to Zoom, but haven't been closed or solved.
    • Completed: Reports that were submitted to Zoom and have been closed or solved.
