I can't hear other participants from Surface
I can't hear other participants from Surface. Through earphones, I can hear. But I cannot hear through speaker(Realtek High Definition Audio). Does anyone know how to solve the problem?

I clicked end meeting before stopping my recording and I can't convert the file. I never saw the "converting" dialogue box. I see the 711 MB file but it says double_click_to_convert_02.zoom When I double click, nothing happens. I went back to the meetings/recorded tab and when I click convert, it says there is another recording in progress. It's been over 20 minutes and I don't see any signs of recording or converted files. I tried opening a dummy recording and moved the old file into the new recording before ending call, but same thing. Any other suggestions? Thanks, Steve

I'm currently able to go live via Zoom on my personal Facebook profile but can't go live on a Facebook Page because the Zoom Business Integration says it was removed. How can I re-enable the Facebook Business integration? I tried confirming the permissions again when going live, though that didn't seem to work.

Hello, My job is to play piano for the zoom Ballet classes. The sound delays so much on Zoom. This is very difficult situation. I see the teacher from one screen, and students from other screens. I play music, but none of them dance with the music, because of the latency. I use the music software, "Logic Pro X" to have a piano sound, and I do "share computer audio" to play on zoom. The sound latency may be the law of nature thing, but please let me know if you know anything to lower the latency on Zoom. Another question is that for the "share computer audio", I can not control the volume at all. I turn the volume all the way up to Logic Pro X software, because others can not hear the sound. They can change their audio setting to adjust the volume, but most of them can not hear me if my volume setting is normal. I have been watching so many YouTube videos for audio setting in zoom meetings, but they are very complicated. All I want is to send a piano sound in the best quality I could with less latency and decent volume. Please let me know!

I will be technical host for a 3 hour meeting with circa 150 attendees - approx 12 of these will need their own interpreter to interpret the English meeting into the Spanish meeting?
How do I go about this? will it work?
1)Presently we are on free basic can we schedule a meeting now and pay later before the meeting and the Meeting ID and Password will not change? 2) we want to have an interactive Meeting of 300 -500 Participants,what are we going to pay for 3) how much if we add language interpreters to the meetings' button

Hi, Should I re-activate my subscription to be able to view them again? Or are they gone forever???
I recently endend my zoom subscription and now all of the recordings I stored on the cloud seems to be gone 😨
