Hi,
I recently endend my zoom subscription and now all of the recordings I stored on the cloud seems to be gone šØ
Should I re-activate my subscription to be able to view them again? Or are they gone forever???
Thank you in advance for your help,

Hi @glmria
Yes - only paid subscriptions have access to cloud recordings.
If you re-subscribe you should see your old recordings - subject to any retention period.
Hope this helps.
