Resolved! Upcoming schedule zoom meetings for all my users
Hey I mange multiple zoom meetings in my college. My team and i creates upcoming zoom meetings for the teachers in our college. I know that i can manually for each user his own upcoming zoom meetings, foe example: Users > shai (IT) > Events

breakout room
Question if you have 3 different breakout room in the meeting can you select people not to go to the breakout room? We will have 2 people that are in the meeting that do not need to be in the breakout rooms. I will be a co host could I let the 1 or both of them go to different rooms to see if they have questions? Thanks
