How do I integrate a second meeting concurrently with a main meeting to provide for an interpretor

I will be technical host for a 3 hour meeting with circa 150 attendees - approx 12 of these will need their own interpreter to interpret the English meeting into the Spanish meeting?How do I go about this? will it work?
