I can't hear other participants from Surface

I can't hear other participants from Surface. Through earphones, I can hear. But I cannot hear through speaker(Realtek High Definition Audio). Does anyone know how to solve the problem?

I have the same problem. I did the latest Zoom update and now my speakers and microphone don't work. They work fine for everything else. Unable to find a solution here. Ugh. Thanks for nothing, Zoom!
