I'm an online teacher, and I use a paid Zoom account for my classes. One of my classes has three students: A, B, and C. Every time students A and C are in the meeting together, student A gets randomly kicked out—whether it's just the two of them or all three students together.

At first, I thought it was an internet connection issue because sometimes the student returns to the meeting almost immediately without having to go through the waiting room. However, lately, she hasn't been able to rejoin the session at all, and I can't call her back (she says she doesn’t receive the call). The odd thing is that I’ve had full classes with student A alone and with students A and B without any issues, even immediately before student C joins the meeting, as well as after student C has logged out.

We facilitate AA meetings on Zoom and because of the open format and public posting of meetings we are a prime target for Zoom Bombers. We remove and report the Bombers when they come in.   We use all the available features to limit interruptions but they find ways around them. This post is not to illicit zoom 101 comments, it to hopefully be an online petition for Zoom to track the accounts, IP addresses, and other identifying factors of Bombers' to restrict their access to the platform. We have done all we can, we need Zoom to start removing bad actors. Please help!

Zoom invites not being delivered to my gmail account

I am not receiving meeting invitations from various senders who send them to my gmail account. I have no idea why or how to fix this.

Hi, I've been using ZOOM for 3 years to schedule meetings.  Suddenly (?an update? where I added my contacts, perhaps), I can no longer find the "copy invitation" button that has been working great for me.   It used to pop up after I saved a meeting.  I am at a loss.   How can I copy the invitation for use in emails, reminders, etc.   ( the chat bot was hysterically unhelpful)

プロプランに変更し、支払いも完了し、アカウント名を見ても「ライセンスユーザー」なのに無料プランの時と同じように、ミーティング設定時にミーティングパスワードを外すかどうかのチェックボックスがグレーのままで選択できません。ミーティングパスワードのチェックボックスが変更不可能の状態になりました。(パスコードの番号は変更ができます。パスワードを無効にすることができない状態)調べても何も出てきません。プロプランに変更してから数日ならなかったチェックボックスが有効にならない等の理由がわかりましたら教えてくだ... Show more

Cannot record to cloud

I've been set my preferences using step by step in Zoom guidelines.

However, I still cannot record my meeting into cloud. There's no option to cloud recording in my Zoom apps.

Anyone have some suggestions? Thanks!

Unable to delete cloud recordings that have been transferred to my account

I am the admin/owner of our account. I deleted a former employee's account and transferred their cloud recordings to my account when I deleted theirs. I am now unable to delete their recordings from my account. The support article that I found: https... Show more

I am the admin/owner of our account. I deleted a former employee's account and transferred their cloud recordings to my account when I deleted theirs. I am now unable to delete their recordings from my account.

says:

 

Delete specific cloud recording files
Access recording management.
Click the meeting topic from which you want to delete recording files.
Under The recording includes the files listed below, hover over a recording file, then click the trash icon .
Click Move to Trash to confirm.

 

However, when I hover over a recording file I do not see a trash icon. I was able to delete some of my own recordings but I am unable to delete cloud recordings that were transferred to me from deleted accounts. 

 

Can anyone help?

Tengo un inconveniente:

Estaba utilizando zoom desde una pc de escritorio que me permitia utilizar mi Avatar. Y lo dejé puesto. Luego la pc se me rompio y ahora me conecto desde una pc que no me permite usar avatars, y no me deja sacarlo. Lo tengo puesto permanente. Nisiquiera me habilita la solapa de "Avatares" como para desactivarlo.

 

Me dedico a dar clases y solicito una solucion, alguien podria ayudarme paso a paso por favor?

Ce matin une personne m'a transmis un lien zoom. nous étions 2 à cette réunion . J'ai souhaité l'enregistrer, elle était d'accord.

 

J'ai bien entendu l'expression "record in Progress". Quand la réunion zoom a été terminée, j'ai mis fin à cette réunion et je suis partie. J'ai voulu réécouter l'enregistrement cet après midi introuvable!

 

Est ce que cet enregistrement s'est perdu, est ce que ca n'a pas fonctionné. y a t'il un moyen d'y accéder ? c'était très important pour moi.

 

Si l'un d'entre vous a une solution. 

 

Au départ je l'ai enregistré sur mon ordi et non dans le cloud et quand je vais dans zoom et enregistrement il n'y a que la dernière que j'avais faite avant aujourd'hui qui date de janvier.

 

La personne qui m'a donné le lien pensez vous qu'elle puisse avoir l'enregistrement aussi? ou que moi ? vu que c'est moi qui était enregistré.

 

Merci pour les personnes qui me répondront. j'espère sincèrement qu'il y aura une solution. car je n'ai aucune trace.
