Hi, into the Windows Zoom Client can you insert e request of confirmation before disconnect user? If the end user press "Disconnect" from this client the application disconnect correctly the use, I think that is better if the program show e message to confirm this operation to the user. Thanks

I shall set a recurrent meeting. I need to assign to a different user the previlege to open the meeting in case I cannot attend to it. How can I assign the "opening meeting" previlege? shall I do it when organizing the recurrent meetings or can I add it in a later stage?

When someone else shares their screen with me and try to play a video it skips frames so I only see a their movement every so often. The audio works smoothly though. My internet is fast and this only happens on my Macbook air, not on my other laptop or phones which use the same internet. I have no issues when I screen share, just other people sharing with me. Thanks for your wisdom!

All my settings are set to not auto-record - and yet when I start a meeting in my personal meeting room - it starts recording, every time.
Please help, its driving me crazy.

Hello I just hosted a zoom session for my group where I invited a speaker. When I accessed the recording after the talk, what surprised me is that the image of the speaker was totally blurry whereas the power point presentation and the voice was absolutely clear. I also got an email from Zoom saying that my storage limit was 1 GB and this recording took up 2. 55 GB as a result of which I need to increase my storage limit and buy an add on cloud recording plan. Are the faces blurry because of exceeding the storage limit.? Will the face images get clear if I buy more storage? Also, it was unclear as to where to buy the add-on cloud recording plan after clicking the link on the email. Please advise. Thanks.

Hi everyone, I'm searching for a feature to reply to chat messages in Zoom Meeting. I tried searching through the Support Page and Bolt (the Support Box), but I couldn't find any explanation or solution for the matter, and Bolt doesn't learn or understand my inquiry yet. There is a page for Zoom Chat, but that, I think, only applies for the specific Zoom Chat function, not for the chat within a Zoom meeting. Additional information: 1. I'm an end user/participant in the Zoom Meeting, not the host. Below is the screenshot of the chat messages for reference. Any suggestions are highly appreciated. Thanks for reading!
I can send feedback to add the ellipse icon feature in Zoom Chat to be included for chats in Zoom Meeting, but I'd like to know if I miss anything and it's already available before doing so.

I am the host at the zoom meeting. I chose cloud records. My zoom account is licensed. The meeting lasted 1.5 hours, but only 38 minutes recorded in the cloud. Why is that? what's the solution?
最近ZOOMを使い始めてまだZOOMをうまく使いこなせません。 毎週自分がホストで同じ時間にミーティングをしているのですが、ある日からいつものようにZOOMを開催しようとすると 入室する側の人のパソコン画面にホストには進行中の別のミーティングがあります。との表示が出て 入室することができません。 ネットで検索してみると私が他のミーティングを終了すれば、、、と書いてあるのですが 他のミーティングには参加も開催もしていないので対応がわかりません。 対応方法を知っている方やアドバイスをくれる方を探しています。 よろしくお願いいたします。

It has my former law firm name under my name, their phone and fax numbers. This is certainly not a professional image to have information from over 4 years ago when I send out Zoom invitations to clients. It does this when I send the invitation from my iPad. If I copy the invitation link on my desktop and send it with an email this does not happen. Any ideas how to get rid of this problem? There is nothing about my former law firm in my Zoom profile and I never used Zoom at my former law firm.
