opening of recurrent meetings

I shall set a recurrent meeting. I need to assign to a different user the previlege to open the meeting in case I cannot attend to it. How can I assign the "opening meeting" previlege? shall I do it when organizing the recurrent meetings or can I add it in a later stage?

Hi @MGL,

You will need to assign "Alternative Hosts" for this.

Alternative Hosts need to be named-users on your Zoom account - you cannot use external contacts for this.

You and the Alternative Host both need to be Paid-licensed users on the same Zoom account.

You can either specify an Alternative Host when you schedule the Meeting, or later by Editing the Meeting at https://zoom.us/meeting#/upcoming

You may also want to look at giving Scheduling Privilege, so that your Alternative Hosts can edit/set schedules if need be.
