Resolved! Profile Picture

Hi, I changed my profile picture, and my new picture doesn't show up in meetings. I deleted and reloaded it with the same result. My Zoom is up to date, and I can find nothing in settings to control this.

Resolved! Issue with Local Recording

Audio issues with Zoom and external speakers

Hello can anyone help me with my audio issues with zoom meetings. I tried to plug in my external speakers via headphone jack. Played music to sing a along to and no one could hear me I have a Dell Latitude laptop Thank you in advance

So disappointing...

Has anyone else struggled with needing to increase/gold the participants list?... so far zoom developers have ignored this request...? Also, while recording a session (training video) the mouse is tiny.... again, zoom developers are not interested......

screen freezes with version 5.15.6 windows 10

After updating to version 5.15.6, I saw screen freezes and audio breakups during a two-person meeting (the other end was freezing on my end, they noticed no problem on theirs). Statistics showed no problems. Have others seen this?
