Hello, I have been using the survey (poll) function for a few months. Everything was going well until recently. When I am in screen sharing mode and I try to launch a poll. Nothing happens. I have to get out of screen sharing for the poll to work. This problem did not exist before. I am using an iMac. Thanks

I just stumbled across Immersive View and like it, however when I tried to show it to colleagues in a Zoom-Meeting the option was not available. I have tried to narrow it down, but havn't come up with a solution. - Immersive View is enabled in the options menu. I can start immersive view in my personal meeting room and other of my meetings. - I can switch host controlls to someone else and this person can then start immersive view. Apparently you do not have to be the original meeting-host for this to work. - I can use this feature in rooms I created before immersive view was enabled. However: When I start one of our long used conference rooms, where I am alternate Host. Immersive View is not offered as option. I cannot start it, even though I am currently the host. Neither can the original host (once host-rights have been transfered to this person). Why does it work in some rooms, but not in others? All our desktop clients (Windows) are updated.

Today, directly following a meeting with a client (once the recording had finished converting), I went back to a previous meeting (from 15 days ago) and when I attempted to play any of the different files (audio only, playback or zoom), they were all the recording from today! I went to today's files and they were ALSO the recording from today. I went to older files and they were what they were supposed to be. I really need to recover the next to last meeting and have no idea how to go about this. Has anyone had anything similar happen to them? Any suggestions for me? Thanks in advance Sabine

I have a Pro account. In the settings, I allow anyone to attend the meeting with the direct meeting link (no waiting room). And I allow anyone to be able to share content. We are a Toastmasters club, and I cannot attend every single week. We are going to start to record our speeches. This is not proprietary information that needs to be tightly locked down. QUESTION #1: Is there a setting to allow anyone attending the meeting to record, without my being there as Host to enable them to record? QUESTION #2: can more than one person record at the same time, if they are recording to their local computer? Thanks!

Hello, Breakout rooms can turn a passive lesson into interactive, collaborative dialogue for students. But teachers cannot see or hear what is going on in the different rooms easily or quickly. In a classroom I can circulate to different groups and even hear them all at once. Is there a way to see all the rooms - divide up my gallery into rooms to show the camera view and what, if anything, is being shared? Then if I click on a room, turn on it's audio so I can listen in, and give feedback? Is there a way to jump from one breakout room to another without going back to the main session in between?
