Hi everyone, I'm intending to host four simultaneous meetings this weekend. I purchased four licenses, one for up to 1000 participants, and three for 500 participants. When I go to create and schedule my meetings, I don't see the option to assign a capacity to a certain meeting using the largest license. How can I ensure that I get the right capacity for the correct links? Thank you.

Before my zoom meeting, I will pull up all the PDFs I will need. When in a zoom meeting, is there any way to preview the PDF document before sharing my screen? Usually, I share several different PDFs, so I want to ensure I share the correct one at the right time.

Hey, folks. I am using a macbook air connected to a tv monitor with a usb webcam parked on top. I am a therapist and use zoom primarily for one on one zooms. I never had problems with echoing but ever since I updated a few days ago everyone on the other side of my calls is hearing bad echoing. I even had a new Logitech webcam overnighted last night to see if it was just a hardware issue and that doesn't seem to be the problem. I have echo cancellation set to aggressive. In my one on one sessions my clients say it only echoes if I am too close to the webcam, but I just had to mute myself in a small group meeting bc of the echoing. Any ideas? I can't really move my webcam further away from the tv speakers and wearing headphones all day is too painful. Thanks!

I launch Zoom within Slack with / zoom and an invite appears. When I click on it at shows me a pop up window that says to wait until the host launches the meeting BUT I am the host. Very frustrating. I've added the zoom and slack apps to each vendor's product both are using the same email. I can laugh the zoom app copy the invite and post it in Slack BUT CAN NOT launch my own meeting from Slack. Advise? Help?

Hello everyone, I have a problem with any usb webcam I use with Zoom: the video works fine if I don't enable the "HD" function, but when I enable it, the video starts flashing, breaking down and breaking the image. How can I solve this annoying problem? thanks everyone for the help. PS: the problem does not arise if I use the webcam of my smartphone as a webcam for pc through the Iriun app (WiFi). I am using a desktop pc with windows 11. Thanks everyone for the help.

Hi, I am a salesforce developer and my client uses zoom integration with salesforce which was implemented by another developer. Now the issue here is that the fields in salesforce are not being updated after the zoom call ends. I am not sure how this is configured for zoom calls. Is it some config issue ?? Could someone help me understand the process in salesforce after the zoom call ends?

I find myself listening a lot to lectures that need the option of a lecturer / two lecturers on one side of the screen, while on the other side of the screen there will be a regular gallery.

when i am the host of a meeting my name & photo is what i want, but when i am invited to a meeting it comes up with my daughter's name. how can i change that?
I tried copying a Zoom video to a flash drive (I realize now that the flash drive space was to small). The file didn't copy and now it appears to be deleted from my computer as well. However, it's not in my Recycle Bin either. Any idea what happened? How I can recover it?
