Testing Zoom links for future meetings

Hello there, 

We keep getting an invalid link error for the second time in a row for our meeting. Does anyone know the reason for it? Is there a way to test the zoom links for future meetings to ensure they're working?

I have several recordings of meetings that I want to share with my audience. Some of them have attendees interrupted meetings and I would like to remove the interruption and still get the captions' time scale right so I can upload them to my media channel with closed caption.  I saw it used to be able to download the encoded recording with caption but I couldn't find the function. Could you recommend the best way of doing this, please?

I've tried to find a solution from Zoom troubleshooting,  but cannot find any. Why it happens regularly - but not each time -  that when participants are using the link I gave them, they enter another meeting room than where I am. Sometimes it helps that I close the meeting and enter with the same link, that they have. However, it doesn't help each time. I do close the meeting from everyone, but still, when I enter with that invitation link, it says I have another meeting on going and should finish with that. This is very frustrating and am wondering how would I pay for Zoom service if this is what happens.

 

We are hoping to gather once a week  for 30min at this point, but it already breaks for people get tired with this problem. A year ago it occured, and now that we came back, it's about to kill our grop meeting.

Video in waiting room - replay

When entering a video in the waiting room, I believe the go on auto-repeat. Is it possible to halt that and make the restart manual (ie 'play again' button)?

Hello! I have this problem:

When I'm in a reunion, I turned off the camera, but when I want to turn it on, it says that Zoom cannot recognize the camera, and I notice that it also fails in the camera app of my computer and it doesn't recognize it. I don't know waht could be, I uninstalled Zoom, the drivers of my camera and the problem continues. Does somebody has that problem?

I can't log into Zoom, 1st message i get is to check my connection status, over and over. try and log in through the web and i get and error message 1,003 and that my account can't be accessed. i click on the password reset and follow instructions, i get emailed the password reset link and then click submit and get kicked back that my account has been disabled and to contact support. can't contact support without being logged in. i called the phone support number, can't log in without my 6 digit code which i can't get from my profile because i can't log in. finally i just pushed buttons to get to sales and talked to a live person who told me i'll get a call back when i get a call back, and that they're very busy. i explained its been 4 days and i haven't gotten anything besides the confirmation email that my query was received. i at one point i got an error message that my account was disabled due to a TOS violation. submitted a request for an appeal and haven't heard back from that at all either.

Hello,

I have a terrible issue with my zoom sessions some hackers got attached their computer to my zoom account and they are intruding into each my conference. I tired all the security measures listed on the site but they are probably using some mirror technology and evry time I start a conference they get connected through my personal account.

I use zoom for working, mainly for teaching, and they break down every private class using several options to connect through web edge online streaming, through google online streaming and recently they started to connect to my zoom conferences through my account of organiser and when I start a planned conference I'm denied organiser's rights I either can't get log in or I log in without the rights of organiser and I can't do screen sharing. What is more, I can see several participants with my name but I use only one device to get connected, I hear them talking,  discussing me, students and bullying them or non stop playing shooting games.

During the last week I had all my classes collapsed I simply wasn't able to work because they kept disconnecting me from the conference, I was constantly getting off conference and when I entered again I saw that there was another participant with my name but with turned off camera my attemps to disconnect them failed because when I try to press disconnect this user i get noticefication that zoom conference will be finished.

I can't work at all because every class is broken down and I constantly hear them talking and bullying me and students, talking over my teaching methods and broadcasting my classes to their friends.

I changed the password to my account several times. I keep struggling with this problem for more than a year and during the recent weeks they started behaving more aggressively.

If you could please help me to solve this issue somehow, I would be very grateful.
