My speakers and earphones work well on all my apps (chrome, discord, video games). But zoom cannot seem to detect my speakers OR earphones. I have trying to look for solutions but none of them work (not even the "same as system solution) and it's so difficult to contact zoom and get direct support that isnt from a bot.

recorded meeting

I recently held a meeting and try to record the meeting locally. After the meeting it tried converting the meeting but it kept getting stuck. SO I exited out to try and restart the process again but now can't find the recoding anywhere. Please help. ... Show more

Resolved! Participants in Breakout Rooms annotating on a slide shared out by the host

I need to be able to have my learners (who are on Smartphones) annotate a slide I have shared out to their breakout rooms (as a host). I know the share out from the main room to breakouts is new, but is the annotation option not available for that fe... Show more

I need to be able to have my learners (who are on Smartphones) annotate a slide I have shared out to  their breakout rooms (as a host). I know the share out from the main room to breakouts is new, but is the annotation option not available for that feature yet? Is it planned as part of an update?  

 

My workaround has been to provide a link to the slide to all learners, but many struggle with sharing URLs  in their breakout rooms , so I was delighted when the option to share out came along as a timesaver in class.

User management

Small business with 2 user license.   Deleted previous user and added new one.

this use is I.D. in user management as an admin and I am the owner.

This user enters all meetings as me and con not be reassigned.

What is the deal?

Record both the presenter camera and the presentation screen simultaneously in high resolution?

Does anyone know if this is possible with any of zoom's current services as of October 2021. I am trying to record a presentation but I would like to capture both the shared presentation screen and the presenter camera feed in HD video so I can edit them together.  The only solution I can think of is to create two separate meetings with two computers unless this is possible currently. I have access to an enterprise account for this. Thanks

I have Google Calendar that my Zoom meetings would appear in.  I would double click on the meeting I had just schedule through Zoom, and I would click on the email icon, then invite people, and add comments.  The email icon has disappeared, and I have no way to forward the meetings I've just set up.  This is how I have used the tool from since day 1.  I have a paid premium account.

I attended many meetings in which my screen was vertical and then  this summer, for  no apparent reason now it’s always vertical and I don’t see how to change it in settings or elsewhere. On an ipad.
