I teach a class every week and I would like to add a polling. The meeting ID is already provided, and one cannot schedule a meeting with an external ID (is that true?).  Since the only way,  it seems, to create a polling is by selecting a scheduled meeting, I don't know how to proceed in my case.

Switch View AFTER Recording

There must be a way to switch the view after I have recorded?  I pre recorded an interview by speaker view in error.  Can I switch to gallery view for play back?

Hi, We often record our zooms as we use this platform for training. We send out the recording to participants that were not able to attend. The issue is, for attendees in the live meeting they can use the subtitles, for attendees watching the recording the subtitles do not record. Is there a way of us adding the subtitles to the recording without having to use additional software to add the subtitles using the transcript? If not, what is the best software to use? the free software often adds its own branding to the video so it would most likely have to be paid software. Thank you in advance

Resolved! Zoom recording capacity

I used my zoom account to record a wedding. There were already recordings on the account in excess of 1GB. The warning came afterward - is there any way this was recorded at all? Will it show up after I've deleted old files?

Hi, I'm new to this community.

I use Zoom once a week for nearly 2 years now on a win10. All worked well. But I wanted to use Zoom today and it just refused to login. I got Error Code 4.

After several tries, reboot, re-installation with the latest version - nothing worked. When I tried login with my credentials I got an Error 1132.

 

I thought my account could be corrupted so I created a new one without any issues.

 

But when trying to use it and entered those credentials into my win10 Desktop app - I got the same Error 1132.

BTW, just also tried to use Zoom on my browser - and that worked nicely.

 

Did I miss something? Is there an issue I am not aware of?

about 40-minute limit

I know that the 'zoom' account used for education is supported for unlimited meeting time.
However, that benefit is gone. The meeting ended suddenly with a 40-minute limit.
Please explain what happened.

Hi is anyone able to tell me please is it possible to schedule a weekly zoom meeting I'm invited to, not host, to my scheduled meetings please?

 

What it is, is that I am doing a course, with weekly zoom tutorials, and each week I copy and paste the meeting link into my browser which then asks me if I want to open the zoom meeting app, and say yes.

 

I just wondered if there was an easier way?
