I have a colleague who wants to use the new reactions, however she can see them and select them but they don't show on her video, AND she can't see them if other people in the meeting use them. I've checked her settings, they're all selected, she's on the latest version of zoom. doesn't matter if it's her meeting or if she's joining one. She can see the original ones and they display in the video panel. 

weirdly I can see them when she selects them but she can't ! Any ideas?

Hi,

 

Im not able tio join a meeting without start it by host first. I have created my meeting with:

 

* No fixed time

* Waiting Room is disabled

* The option "Allow participants to join before host" is enabled.

 

My expectation is that anyone can visit or start this meeting without a host.

Is there a way to update all my user's display names? We're implementing some sort of naming convention and make things standard looking. There is already a way to prevent users for changing their display names, but we're talking around 1200+ users to update display names.

 

Is there like a "CSV" way to do it? Thanks in advance.

Dear experts,

 

We are running into an unusual case that one of the meetings was grayed out when we checked from admin dashboard, when the meeting host wanted to pull the report from her page, it was empty. Other meetings looked fine.

 

What might be the cause behind this? I've been spending a few hours but no luck with it. Any help is really appreciated!

Resolved! Cannot use time limit removal.

I have been using zoom account using my school email. Suddenly school time limit removal has not been active. It was working fine Today, I accidentally failed to log in to my account many times and my account got locked so I had to reset my password.... Show more

Today, I accidentally failed to log in to my account many times and my account got locked so I had to reset my password.
Does this somehow affect it?

Hello, 

 

This is regarding break out rooms and interpreter feature. On the user side from staff at our company, running these features are easy. However, we struggle on the participant side as we have clients that are not tech savvy. Is there a way to move our clients into the interpreter channel without them having to do anything on their end? Same with break out room, have them transfer automatically back and forth without them having to do anything on their end? It would be great if the host or co-hosts can move participants without action required on their end.

How to search for a previous topic?

As the account owner, is there a way to search back(besides going page by page) to find a Topic of a previous meeting?

I want to reuse that info.

Transcription is not working

I have a paid account. I make my assistant the host. I do understand that she cannot make herself a host but I have to sign in to make her the host every time. Is this correct that I have to initiate the hosting? Even though she sets up all my meetin... Show more

I have a paid account.  I make my assistant the host.  I do understand that she cannot make herself a host but I have to sign in to make her the host every time.  Is this correct that I have to initiate the hosting? Even though she sets up all my meetings for me and runs them?

 

Also, I have members who are either deaf or hard of hearing, and in settings, I say I need captions.  When the meeting starts I click on enable transcription but then when I get the recording, there is no transcription and no captions for these folks. We SEE the captions while on the meeting but nothing on the recording. My assistant has tried this, I have tried this.  What do I have to do to get captions on these meetings for them?
