My speakers and earphones work well on all my apps (chrome, discord, video games). But zoom cannot seem to detect my speakers OR earphones. I have trying to look for solutions but none of them work (not even the "same as system solution) and it's so difficult to contact zoom and get direct support that isnt from a bot.

Hi @milkshakes! I'm so sorry you didn't receive a reply on your post sooner. Are you still having an issue with your audio? If so, I want to help you out because that's not the experience we want you to have. What happens when you try testing your audio?
