Hi I'm using a Zoom pro account. Today I have scheduled 2 meetings both from 3pm to 4pm. However, when the one starts, the other one cannot connect. But for my collegues' s zoom pro account. We can have 2 meetings at the same time and they are created by 1 account. How does this happen? 

I made a new account to have a series of a seminar.
I looked at the URL in the account, and announced to several places (without password).

Today morning I tried to test, and suddenly, the URL was changed.
I can make the room with previous URL, by just entering the previous link.
But, I cannot change the setting.

I want that anyone can enter the seminar without password if he/she use the link.
I checked the option "Embed passcode in invite link for one-click join" on the zoom website, but it is not applied to the meeting of the link.
(If I remove the password for all participants, then we should use the waiting room, but I don't want it since whenever someone tries to enter, the speaker(co-host) should receive a message.)

Please help me.

I have the host/co-host not present if lose connection move to waiting room option selected, but when I do a test meeting and disconnect my computer, it will just make the other participant a host and doesn't put them into a waiting room. Does this option actually work for anyone or does anyone have a fix??

If the host and co-hosts are not present or if they lose connection during a meeting

Select the check box to move participants to the Waiting Room if the host drops from the meeting unexpectedly. If you select this option, join before host will be disabled.

J'ai coupé les premières secondes de mon enregistrement vidéo. Du coup les destinataires de la video n'ont pas la possibilité de télécharger le fichier. Onglet "Télécharger" absent.

Comment faire pour récupérer le fichier initial ou permettre aux destinataires de télécharger le fichier coupé?

If an alternative host starts a meeting that I organised and with my personal zoom code and I don't join it, can I then use my zoom account to join a different zoom whilst the one organised is going? I have double booked myself and have scheduled a zoom for a lot of children using my zoom code. I can't do the zoom so I wanted someone to take over for me without having to change the code with the participants. Whilst that zoom is going on, I will need to use my zoom account to log into the other meeting. 

My options do not give me "allow live transcription" in my settings. The only thing that comes up is "allow use of caption API" or "allow viewing full transcription". I cannot figure out how to enable that setting on either of my zoom accounts- is it available in canada?
