I un-clicked the passcode function for a big meeting and the link shortened. I had already sent the invitation with the longer link to some of the guests. If I now send out the shortened link will those with the shorter link and those with the longer link (which I believe contained the passcode?) both work? Or do I need to resend the shorter link to the original group as well? I'm hoping they will both work, but I need to be certain! Please help!! Thank you.

49 participant view in one window!

I want to see all 49 participants in one window!(Display), but there are always two different windows with 25 and 24 participants. What am I doing wrong? I have two Displays one for the presentation one for the participants.

Hi There,

Just a quick preface to say that I work in Ed-Tech, have tried all the solutions posted online, and have still not resolved the issue.

I have a family that uses Zoom for tutoring, and it immediately drops the call no matter what device/network they are connected to. We have tried windows/mac/android, hardwiring/Wifi, and have run into the same issue across the board.  The call drops, and the entire Zoom Windows closes randomly, usually within the first few minutes (or even seconds).  The instructor on the other end does not have this issue with any other students, just this one. This student also has issues with multiple other instructors meetings, when the rest of the class doesn't.

I've disabled screen share/audio/video, disabled hardware acceleration, basically any factor that could potentially affect the dropped calls. There is no specific action that causes the drop that I can tell, it can happen before even fully connecting. We 'joke' that the issue is with them personally, because we've seemingly tried changing each factor separately, to no avail.

Does anyone have an idea of potential causes? I can't seem to find a common factor.

I can't turn on my microphone

During a conference, I cannot hear audio and can't turn on my microphone on my phone. I went into system preferences and gave the application access to the microphone. Could you please help me?

I used my ipad for my weekly recurrent meeting.  But today,, when I signed into the meeting. I looked blurry, not the background, the whole screen, in fact, it looks like there is a lot of light going into the room type of exposure though it is not in reality.  I logged off,  check my camera by taking a video and it was fine.  I used my iphone and desktop to log on and they were fine.  But when I used my ipad, it is not.  I tried to start a meeting and same thing.  I signed off, I powered off, nothing change.  Help

Hi All!

I am new to this community and so glad I found it.

In all of my classes, I typically send resources such as participant manuals that are in Adobe pdf; I also frequently include MS Office docs too.

If they didn't check their emails, I will frequently add them to the chat box in Zoom.  My Mac users are claiming that they don't see them.  What can I do?

I had a paid subscription, which I always logged into using my facebook account. Recently, as I was logging in, a window popped up with my google/G-Suite login and asked something like, "Is this google user also you?" And I clicked yes... Next thing I knew, I was logged in based on my google information, on a free account, with NONE of my meetings that I'd had scheduled, and I CANNOT figure out how to get it switched back. Every time I log out and try to log in with facebook, it redirects me to this new account, not my paid one. And since my Zoom ID shows I'm a free user, I don't have access to the tech support I'm paying for!

Teilnehmerzahl

Welchen Tarif muss ich wählen,  wenn ich ein Seminar mit max. 10 Teilnehmern durchführen möchte. Die Teilnehmer sind je nach Wochentag unterschiedlich.
