Pls help! Live Transcription option not found

My options do not give me "allow live transcription" in my settings. The only thing that comes up is "allow use of caption API" or "allow viewing full transcription". I cannot figure out how to enable that setting on either of my zoom accounts- is it available in canada?

    Hello kbhealth!

     

    You may want to do a quick check on your account settings via www.zoom.us.
    Under Settings, you may search for "Closed captioning".  You would need to have all the boxes checked to allow for live transcription, Option 2 may have been left unchecked so do take a look.

    Closed captioning

    Allow host to type closed captions or assign a participant/3rd-party service to add closed captions
    1. Allow use of caption API Token to integrate with 3rd-party Closed Captioning services
    2. Allow live transcription service to transcribe meeting automatically
    3. Allow viewing of full transcript in the in-meeting side panel
