Alternative Host without host ever joining

If an alternative host starts a meeting that I organised and with my personal zoom code and I don't join it, can I then use my zoom account to join a different zoom whilst the one organised is going? I have double booked myself and have scheduled a zoom for a lot of children using my zoom code. I can't do the zoom so I wanted someone to take over for me without having to change the code with the participants. Whilst that zoom is going on, I will need to use my zoom account to log into the other meeting.

Hello SarahL22,

I'm afraid not. The Meeting that you scheduled is tied to your license, so you will not be able to schedule another conflicting meeting happening at the same time. 
You may want to setup calendar integration so you could avoid a double booking situation in the future.
