I've been using Zoom without any problems for a few years. All of a sudden, when i go to set an appointment, the only choices are for meetings on the hour or on the. half-hour. But many of my meetings are on the quarter hour, like 1:15 or 1:45. What happened and how do we fix this?

Hi I am booking clients into Zoom. All but two are ok. The email addresses are fine, they show in my google and outlook calendars. Once they are booked in, they show as invited, but when i go back in, the invitees have vanished, yet they arevstill in both Outlook and Googke Diary still. Zoom pro

What happened to the previous usage report format? I use them to produce Excel Spreadsheets to report attendance. During the active meeting, I change the names that are generic or unclear so that I can remember them after the meeting. For example, iPhone users who don't have their name changed come in as iPhone. This happens multiple times, so I can have 5 different iPhone users. I rename them to keep track of them. This new report does not maintain the name change. It reverts all of the name changes back to the original name, so I've lost all the work that I have done. I also noticed that the report does not go by entrance anymore. Is there anything I can do to stop it from reverting and taking away all the name changes? Is there any way to go back to the previous report format? Thanks for kind responses.

Hi, I’m reaching out regarding an issue we’re experiencing with the Zoom App integration in Zapier, specifically with the 'New Meeting Summary' trigger. The goal of the automation is to extract meeting summaries generated by Zoom. However, the connection has been quite unstable—it works intermittently, and we’re unable to identify a consistent pattern. Below is the error message which is coming up: Unable to pull meeting summaries I've already tried troubleshooting on the Zapier side by reconnecting the existing app connection and setting up a new one, but the issue persists. I’ve also contacted the Zapier support team, but I was wondering if you might have any insights into why this might be happening or if this is a known issue. Looking forward to your guidance.

Zoom Version 6.4.6 Uninstalled Zoom Deep Cleaned Laptop Restarted Computer (several times)
The participants list in Zoom disappears when I share screen. I have to click it twice to get it back up. It does this anytime I click the screen while sharing, which is irritating because I often share slideshows. I haven't done any troubleshooting steps yet for this issue.
The big issue that I'm having is that I cannot hear Zoom on my Windows 11 Lenovo IdeaPad 82XF laptop. All other programs that use the speakers work. The over-the-ear headphones by Glynznak and the Samsung Galaxy Pro Buds 3 both have this issue. They work fine with mobile Zoom on Android. The Zoom on my laptop is updated to the most current version at the time of this writing.
Troubleshooting steps I have taken:
Updated Zoom
Reinstalled Zoom
Updated Windows and Drivers
Removed both sound devices from Bluetooth connections
Added both sound devices to Bluetooth connections
Updated Galaxy earbuds

How do I turn off any sort of "Suppress Background noise"?
I play an instrument over zoom. It has been working for years and now when I play a few bars my microphone mutes & the noise is suppressed. I want to turn this off if it is heard by the microphone I want it to go through.

For the last week I’ve been unable to login or launch a meeting on my PC laptop when on my home wifi. It works on other devices at home and my laptop will connect to Zoom if I go to a public wifi. I’ve rebooted everything, cleared the cache, uninstalled & reinstalled, checked Zoom is permissioned in windows defender, tried the Zoom app and the web version in both Chrome & Firefox. Any ideas? Is this a lingering issue from the outage last week?
