Calendar not syncing with the new portal updates any ideas how to fix this?

Hi All. I am having trouble to get the meeting that i usually just add in zoom and then they pop up in my mail (apple) Calendar. From here i can then add an invitee and it will send the invite out to the person's calendar. It is not working any idea ...
