I arrange a meeting with several people and send the invitation, but one of them says she does not receive the invitation, but receives it without problems from other organizers

This is likely an email domain reputation issue. You can try copying the invite and sending from your own CRM or email client. If you want to automate this there is a Zoom app, Salepager, that lets you send Zoom invites and ensure they are delivered.
